THE PHYSIO SHED STORY

At the Physio Shed, we focus on delivering the highest quality of services in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We use evidence based approaches to improve your wellness, offering physiotherapy, rehabilitation, dry-needling and pilates.  We recognise that no two people or injuries are the same, which is why we create custom-made recovery and rehabilitation plans for each individual.

The Physio Shed first opened its doors in 2018 as Base Pilates and Physiotherapy. In 2020 we decided to rebrand as The Physio Shed to align more with our offerings. Since then, we have grown into a trusted and popular physiotherapy, pilate and group exercise clinic that has developed a reputation in Temora for our excellence in care and service. No matter what you need, we are here to help you every step of the way.

We are a friendly team and look forward to joining you on your wellness journey. To get in touch, contact us today.
